We’ll also go over signing appointments, the escrow timeline from contract to closing, final pricing, and share the community map with pre-plotted floorplans.

Together, we’ll walk through your purchase contract, explore all the standard and upgrade options to make your home uniquely yours, and guide you through the escrow and loan approval processes. We’ll also share helpful tips for preparing for your big move-in day, so you can look forward to it with excitement and ease. This is your chance to get answers, feel confident about the process, and celebrate this milestone with our team by your side. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Construction Starts

Purchase Contract Signing Appointments will be handled by the Gentry Sales Team.

Appointments will be made between September through October and will be scheduled based upon the construction phase schedule.

Who attends:

• Lessee, Transferee (if applicable), all Co-signors on the loan.
  
  

What to bring:

• Earnest Money Deposit check of $1,000 made payable to “Title Guaranty”
• Upgrade Option Deposit check in the amount of 50% of total options amount.
  • Please note that NAHASDA does not allow for any upgrades.
