House Construction Plans have been submitted to the County of Honolulu for review and approval. Shortly after permit approval, home prices will be made available.

Floor plans are pre-assigned to home sites and cannot change.

Applicants must have 50% blood quantum of Hawaiian ancestry. Please see DHHL’s website for further information or explore the DHHL Programs page on our site to learn more.

Following DCAB’s rules, 5% of the homes will meet ADA standards. ADA floor plans may be available for qualified applicants. Availability may be limited and cannot be guaranteed for all applicants.
